Jio Point Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities :




1. Develop the market in the territory.

2. Assess potential market & identify target retailers

3. Service all the attached outlets as per the beat plan.

4. On-board new outlets as per the norms of the organization

5. Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets

6. Monitor & evaluate channel operations & productivity

7. Ensure that the store & every retailer has adequate quantity of stock

8. Ensure Visibility of merchandising elements must be available in all

the outlets.

9. Ensure supply chain stability & manage cash on a daily basis.

10. Manager Retail Operations & ensure the training to team members &

channel partners


  • Education Requirement : Graduate

  • Experience Requirement : 2 – 4 years

  • Skills & Competencies :



    1. Distribution Management Skills

    2. Territory familiarity

    3. Entrepreneurship Skills

    4. Strong interpersonal and people management skills

    5. Financial management and problem solving skills

    6. Technical orientation
